- Gazette Data: Student roll numbers, names, subject marks, and grades contained within the uploaded CBSE .txt files.

The data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Generating subject-wise metrics, topper lists, and school performance dashboards.
- Allowing year-on-year growth comparison between saved sessions.
- Technical troubleshooting via support tickets.
3. Data Security & Storage
Zero Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade student or school data to third-party marketing firms or coaching institutes.
- Encryption: All file uploads and logins are secured via 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Storage: Data is stored in isolated school environments. Your data is only accessible to you through your OTP-verified login.
- Session Purge: Unsaved temporary data is automatically purged from the server after session inactivity.
4. One-Time Processing Fee
We charge a nominal service fee of ₹50/- per new Gazette file upload. This fee supports the secure cloud storage and high-speed parsing infrastructure required to process large CBSE files.
5. Role of Institutional Admins
School Administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any data uploaded to the portal is considered the property of the respective institution.
